Adult Education
To serve our mission of helping people achieve a healthy life through cycling, we educate. We work in schools in the spring to help kids make good choices while riding during the summer and we work with adults to help them get back on the bike or to ride into work.

Cycle-for-Health – Adults
Lots of folks are coming back to bicycling for lots of reasons ($4.00 per gallon gasoline is just one). We’re here to help. You know, your body has not forgotten how to ride but the roads are busier so the way you rode as a kid may not serve you so well now. Cycle-for-Health – Adults reorients you to the reality of riding in and beyond your neighborhoods. ”Share the road” is the buzzphrase but it isn’t all sweetness and light out there. The truth is that, if you know what to do, you – as cyclist – really can be in charge, have a great experience on the road and arrive at your destination full of energy and smiles.
We deliver a range of courses here from basic back-to-riding all the way to daily bicycle commuting and touring. We can do it with a group of friends or come into your work and help you and your colleagues ride to, or while at work. All of our classes are designed to make you a more confident and capable rider, regardless whether you want to ride the bike paths, want to ride for sport on the open road or want to commute to work.
